If you've been eyeing a Galaxy Note9, then you might be interested in this deal. Over on eBay, you can pick up a 128GB dual-SIM Note9 (Exynos variant) for just $769.99, which is a good drop from the last time we saw this deal. Keep in mind that this is the international variant (SM-N960F/DS), so it won't necessarily be a stellar experience here in the U.S.

The Note9 is one of the best Android phones around.

Oddly, Samsung released the Galaxy Note9 in the US with only two colors, neither of which can be considered conventional: Ocean Blue and Lavender Purple. That was a big step from the standard black/white/gold palette that's been popular for years, though it looks like Samsung is slowly bringing that back to the US to some degree with the reintroduction of Midnight Black and Cloud Silver.

Google's ARCore team just rolled out a new update that appears to bring the augmented reality framework to several more phones and tablets. Some hot new (and upcoming) devices are on the list, like the Galaxy Note9, OnePlus 6T, and ROG Phone. These are also joined by some older models like the Sony Xperia X.

At $1,000, the Galaxy Note9 isn't cheap. Luckily, there are always ways to save some cash on Samsung flagships; for instance, the Chinese Snapdragon dual-SIM model was available for $70 off just a day after the Note9 officially went on sale in the US. But if you prefer Samsung's in-house chipsets, the Exynos dual-SIM Note9 (SM-N960F/DS) is currently on eBay for $866.99.

As you'd expect, the Note9 has very good specs.

As is tradition, iFixit has torn the latest mobile device apart to see what makes it tick. The Note 9 has several distinctive features that set it apart from the Galaxy S phones, but it shares a lot as well. It even shares a repairability score: 4 out of 10.

The Note 9 has the typical glass and aluminum sandwich design Samsung has used for several years. It takes some heat and prying to get the back panel off, but it doesn't break in the process.
