[Deal Alert] Anker just released the Nebula Mars II portable projector, and we have a $100 discount code

Monday, June 18th, 2018

Corbin reviewed the Nebula Capsule back in April, saying that no other Android-powered powered projector came close to its build quality and software experience for the same price, and that it was "almost certainly the best portable projector you can buy." Anker does manufacture the larger and more powerful Nebule Mars, but the Capsule's bigger brother does have some downsides, like the ancient version Android it uses (KitKat 4.4.4), the lack of Play Store support, and the higher price tag.

Anker Roav C1 Pro & C2 Pro review: Not your average dashcams

Saturday, May 19th, 2018

Everyone knows you should keep a spare tire in the trunk of your car, and possibly tools like jumper cables and scissor jacks. Dashcams can be just as helpful as those, but manyAmerican drivers never install one. This can be for many different reasons - most them are ugly, the driver thinks they don't need one, and so on.

Anker makes a few car-related products under its 'Roav' brand. We already reviewed the Roav Viva car charger with Alexa, but Anker also produces several dashcams.

[Deal Alert] Anker Zolo Liberty+ true wireless earbuds $109.99 ($40 off), Roav VIVA Alexa car charger $37.99 ($12 off) with coupon

Wednesday, May 2nd, 2018

I have dabbled with completely wireless earbuds before (The Dash) and came away loving the idea but not completely convinced that the technology was there yet. But over the past year, brand upon brand has released its own version and I'm ready to give the form factor another try. The one option I've had my eye on is Anker's Zolo Liberty+ that Artem got a couple of months ago and literally could not stop talking about for a few weeks.

Wednesday, April 18th, 2018

Screens on phones have been getting larger and larger, but they're not really big enough to watch a movie with some friends. On the other hand, a widescreen TV or a home theater projector can get you a pretty great cinema experience, but you can say goodbye to any vestige of portability.

Anker Nebula Capsule review: The best portable projector, but it’ll cost you

Saturday, April 14th, 2018

Last year, mobile accessory company Anker released its first portable projector, the Nebula Mars. It was roughly the size of a lunch box, with powerful JBL speakers, great video quality, and Android built-in. The hardware was great, but the ancient version of Android (4.4.4, to be precise), lack of Play Store support, and high price made the product hard to recommend.

Not long after, Anker announced a smaller version, called the Nebula Capsule.
