TWRP arrives on the Moto X Force, Moto G6 Plus, and other devices

TWRP is a fantastic custom recovery - it can do everything from flashing ROMs to creating full storage backups. The tool supports a wide range of phones and tablets, and now a few more devices have been added to the list.

Since our last post, four new phones have been added to the official TWRP build roster. That includes the Samsung Galaxy A7 2017 (a7y17lte), Nubia Z17 Mini S (nx589j), Motorola Moto X Force (kinzie), and the Motorola Moto G6 Plus (evert).

After much anticipation, LineageOS 15.1 (based on Android 8.1) was announced last month. Only a handful of devices had official 15.1 builds at the start, but over time, more have been moved up to Oreo. The Nexus Player, OnePlus One, and Oppo Find 7 were recently added to the roster - and now three more devices are coming.

After much anticipation, LineageOS 15.1 (based on Android 8.1) was announced last month. Only a handful of devices had official 15.1 builds at the start, but over time, more have been moved up to Oreo. The Nexus Player, OnePlus One, and Oppo Find 7 were recently added to the roster - and now three more devices are coming.

According to recent commits to the build server, three more devices have been updated to LineageOS 15.1.
